Payment Methods

We currently accept direct checkout with Stripe and PayPal. Payment is due at time of order. All prices are currently listed in Canadian Dollars.

Shipping

All items are shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number. Upon request, items can be shipped without a tracking number for reduced cost. Made-to-order items are shipped 3-7 days from date of order. All ready-made items are shipped promptly from our Toronto studio. Rush shipping is available upon request. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes that cannot be calculated at the time of checkout. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. CANADA: 2-5 Days (after processing)

UNITED STATES: 3-10 Days (after processing)

INTERNATIONAL: 4-15 Days (after processing)

Lost or Missing Parcels

All items are shipped with a tracking number to prevent packages being lost in the mail. If the customer elects to ship an item without a tracking number, Devlyn van Loon is not responsible for lost or missing items. Items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Devlyn van Loon is not responsible for lost or missing items in the case of inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
